It is best to come with no expectations, an open heart and an open mind to what is, and simply just be. Each venue, with its unique space, acoustics, and group energy, contributes to the overall experience. Sound baths have the potential to touch you deep level, as well as a more subtle level. Just like Reiki or other energy work, there will be times when you feel a major shift, and times where the effects may seem less apparent on the surface. Nevertheless, subtle transformations may be occurring on a subconscious level.
