Floating Breathwork & Sound Ceremony
A restorative floating experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and fully unwind.
The Floating Breathwork & Sound Ceremony is a one-of-a-kind immersive experience designed to help you release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect to yourself.
This ceremony is perfect for anyone seeking profound relaxation, energetic clearing, or simply a new way to experience sound healing. You don’t need to swim, just arrive ready to float, breathe, and receive.
Experience
Imagine lying weightlessly on water, supported by gentle ripples and surrounded by soft candlelight. The air is filled with the sound of chimes, crystal bowls, and resonant tones that travel through the water beneath you.
Each ceremony begins with guided breathwork to help calm the mind and anchor you into your body. As you settle onto a floating air bed, you’ll be gently guided into a meditative state where sound frequencies move through both air and water, creating a full-body sensory experience. The body relaxes faster in water, allowing the sound to penetrate more deeply and restore balance from the inside out.
