What You’ll Learn in Reiki Level 1 Training

This in-person training provides a strong foundation in Reiki with plenty of time for integration and hands-on practice.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Introduction to Reiki: Explore its history, origins, and the guiding principles (Reiki precepts).

  • Techniques & Practices: Learn session preparation, Reiki hand positions for self and others, and key practices like grounding, centering, cleaning, and protection.

  • Chakra & Energy Systems: Gain a deeper understanding of the chakra and endocrine systems in the context of Reiki.

  • Sacred Attunements: Receive four traditional Reiki attunements to connect with Reiki energy.

  • Integration Time: Unlike condensed one-day programs, this two-day training honors the traditional approach, providing space for attunement integration.

  • Materials & Certification: A comprehensive training manual, suggested reading materials, and a certificate of completion.

In Level 2, you'll receive two sacred attunements and learn to work with three powerful Reiki symbols for emotional healing, distant Reiki, and energy amplification. This training enhances your intuitive abilities and strengthens your ability to support yourself and others. Open to graduates of Reiki Level 1 only. Includes manual, certificate, and practice time.

  • How to craft and use intentional affirmations for yourself and others

  • Review and integration of Level 1 Reiki principles and practices

  • Guided practice sessions to help integrate the new techniques

  • How to hold space with greater clarity, intuition, and energetic strength

  • Two attunements to the Second Degree Reiki energy

  • A printed Reiki Level 2 manual to support your ongoing practice
